Add support for shelling out to the `devin` CLI ("Devin for Terminal").
This is similar to the existing claude-cli support, except instead of
using Claude code uses Devin, as developed by Cognition.
This allows people in companies using Devin (of which there are a few
https://cognition.ai/) to use sashiko with their Devin subscription.
