Implement Custom RBAC System

Implemented a full Roles and Permissions system (RBAC).

Backend Changes:

• Database: Added Role and RolePermission tables. Updated User to reference Role.
• Security: Created PermissionService and PermissionChecker dependency.
• API:
  • New roles_routes.py for managing roles (Create/Edit/Delete/List).
  • New users_routes.py for managing users and assigning roles.
  • Protected existing endpoints in inventory_routes.py and main.py with specific permissions (e.g., INVENTORY_READ, SETTINGS_MANAGE).
• Seeding: Added back/app/seeds/roles.py to seed default roles (Admin, Manager, Kitchen, Waiter) and auto-assign Admin role to existing users and new tenants.

Frontend Changes:

• Infrastructure:
  • Updated ApiService to handle user permissions and new role/user endpoints.
  • Created PermissionGuard and HasPermissionDirective.
• UI:
  • Added "Roles" and "Users" tabs to SettingsComponent.
  • Created RolesComponent for managing roles and permissions.
  • Created UsersComponent for assigning roles to users.
  • Updated SidebarComponent to hide/show links based on permissions.

Permissions Enforced:

• Admin: Full access.
• Manager: All except dangerous system actions (configurable).
• Kitchen: View Orders/Products.
• Waiter: Create/View Orders, Manage Tables.
