Fractulia is an open source implementation for phase field fracture using the Finite Element Method.
The code is destined for educational purposes and experimentation hence it has been developped favouring readability. Therefore, several aspects are not speed optimised. At the moment, users can perform the following phase field models with FRACTULIA: Phase field brittle fracture AT2, Cohesive AT1 with linear, quadratic, one parameter cubic and two parameter cubic degradation functions. Monotonic and cyclic tests are accounted for.
The implementation is made possibe via the Ferrite.jl finite element library.
This code has been developped in the framework of H.F.R.I call “Basic research Financing (Horizontal support of all Sciences)” under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0” funded by the European Union –NextGenerationEU (H.F.R.I. Project Number: 15097).
