SC7280/QCM6490 has only one DSPP block (DSPP_0) paired with LM_0. In a dual-display setup (DSI + DP), when both CRTCs request color management (CTM/gamma_lut), the second CRTC fails to reserve hardware because LM_2/LM_3 have no DSPP attached. This causes DP hotplug to fail with "failed to get dspp on lm 0" / "unable to find appropriate mixers", making external displays unusable after unplug/replug. Retry the reservation without DSPP if the initial attempt fails. This allows the second CRTC to use mixers without color management rather than failing entirely.
