- Upgraded rust crates to actually ensure compatibility of the plugin with all polars versions
- Introduced justfile with polars version (and matrix) tests
- Updated workflows to use polars version compatibility test.
- Prevent uv from building the package and leave the task to maturin.
- This allows for develop builds and preventing uv sync from building a release.
