Introduce 'issue mine' for personal work queue and 'issue query' for structured retrieval with optional full-text search via --search. Keep 'issue list' as a separate backwards-compatible command. Remove standalone 'issue search' registration in favor of query --search. query supports multi-team filtering, --all-teams, --json output, --search-comments, and verifies GraphQL variables in tests.
