Minor release cutting v0.71.0 for the EC2/SSM fidelity work (#331):
DescribeInstancesechoesIamInstanceProfile, and SSMDescribeInstanceInformationnow gatesPingStatus=Onlineon an attached IAM instance profile (behavior change — instances without a profile no longer appear). Changelog-only; the fix merged via #332. After merge, the merge commit is taggedv0.71.0(signed) and released, per the protected flow.
