The code-review plugin needs explicit allowed_tools to post inline comments and read PR diffs. Without these, all tool calls are silently denied and no review comments are posted. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
eslint-config-next@15.5.6 pulls in next@* which resolves to 15.2.3, triggering Railway's vulnerability scanner (CVE-2025-55183, CVE-2025-55184, CVE-2025-66478, CVE-2025-67779).
