We add a delay before taking a screenshot as faster devices may take the screenshot before the display itself has updated. This is not an issue on platforms such as the RaspberryPi, but can be seen on faster desktop machines.
We add a somewhat hacky web interface to force the billboard to load the source. This is designed to be used as a sort of Panic Button. The next source can be loaded by visiting <IP>:<port>/next.

Also, fixed small race condition on a faster machine (although I don't think it is a good fix...).
