- Fix z-index for save/load menus so that menus are shown above code window (original idea from @deas)
- Fix ids for save/load menus submenus so that submenu items are not doubled.
- Change save of existing script to nodeRef so that also submenu script save works
- Add possibility to create script in submenu if a name is entered with submenu path ("subfolder/newScriptName")
