Skaha → Canfar

Skaha has officially migrated to be supported by the Canadian Astronomy Data Centre: opencadc/canfar.

As part of this move:

• The package has been renamed to canfar.
• canfar v1.0 is slated for release in fall 2025.
• Backward compatibility is preserved for the main API under,
  • skaha.session is now available under canfar.sessions
