Mirrors upstream shipkit PR #268: removes redundant AI review/triage workflows and the hourly Gemini triage cron to conserve Actions minutes (account billing exhausted, LAC-2960). Removed: ai-code-review.yml auto-fix-issues.yml claude-code-review.yml claude-issue-triage.yml gemini-cli.yml gemini-issue-automated-triage.yml gemini-issue-scheduled-triage.yml lighthouse.yml run-codex.yml. Trigger trims to codeql/e2e propagate via upstream sync. Validated as pure file deletions.
