Hi, I'm Shubham Maddhesiya

Bioinformatics | Computational Biology | AI for Healthcare

I’m a Biotechnology graduate with deep interest in bioinformatics, antimicrobial resistance genomics, and computational data analysis. I build real-world research-oriented tools and analytical workflows that bridge biological insight with data science and machine learning.

A structured knowledgebase and analytical framework for studying antimicrobial resistance genes and genomic patterns across pathogens.
This includes data collection, NCBI sequence processing, BLAST automation, visualization, and prototype pipeline creation.
