Added a few small fixes and this is ready now, except for the top parameters that have to be set:

• EON: the index of the eon of the DKG result to inject
• KEYPER_CONFIG_INDEX config index: same
• MIN_TENDERMINT_CURRENT_BLOCK: minimum tendermint block number the keyper must have synced before the script will perform the injection

We don't know the last value yet for the new deployment.

Also note that the script only overrides rows, it does not create them if they are missing. Most likely, for a keyper starting from a initial keyper set index > 0 the script will fail at the moment.

This will then fail for any new keyper, can we make sure that this script is either does not run for them or runs correctly, otherwise the installation of new keyper is likely to fail. I think, it's also ok to skip for these keypers as they will not be part of keyperset for the eon in question anyway.
