Version 6.0.0-beta0059 is unlisted at nuget.org, making it hard to test any changes or bugfixes in local development. This PR bumps the Chorus version to beta0061 (latest currently available) to pick up the most recent bugfixes and make it a lot easier to test them on developer machines.
