Adds
test_lensing_lite_act_dr6totests/test_lensing_lite.py, andact_dr6_lensing.sacc.fitstotests/data. This test evaluates LensingLiteLikelihood on the ACT DR6 lensing SACC file at the SO fiducial cosmology, and asserts the log-likelihood matches a stored reference value (174.776) inlikelihood_refs.yaml. The reference value has already been verified by comparing full chains of both the SOLikeT and ACT DR6 likelihoods on the same dataset.
