Add workflow and workflow-instance export commands, refine full-edit payload handling, and keep patch editing as a separate workflow. Improve task authoring discovery metadata and update schema, capabilities, docs, and tests for the new command contracts.
Rework the README around install, configuration, discovery, authoring, runtime operations, and output examples instead of duplicating the full command surface.
Bump the package and runtime version to 0.2.0 and document the workflow authoring release notes.
Normalize help output assertions and stop treating README as the full command contract after the onboarding rewrite.
