OPDATA-5857: Update public version of view-function-multi-chain to 1.7.0

Description

The PR that was generated automatically to do this, included changes for a different adapter, because of an issue described and fixed in #4688.

So this manual PR does the same thing the automated PR should have done. The purpose is to publish the newest version of view-function-multi-chain to make it available for NOPs to run.

Changes

Update the version of view-function-multi-chain in public-adapter-versions.yml from 1.6.0 to 1.7.0.
