When monitoring a go.mod (Go) project, Snyk's dependency discovery will now include fully-qualified PackageURL on all package imports.

What does this PR do?
This upgrades snyk-go-plugin to v2 (see release details). The plugin now includes purl (PackageURL) information on detected modules, package by default in the dependency graphs.
