您好！这是summer of code中SOFARPC的开源项目之一。项目背景:Sofa RPC (https://github.com/sofastack/sofa-rpc/) 是蚂蚁开源的生产级高性能 RPC (Remote Procedure Call) 框架。在用户使用Sofa RPC的过程中，常常因为RPC框架无法直观地展示运行时的数据以及流程，所以很难排查问题。在 Sofa RPC 中添加 Telnet 内置指令可以让用户了解到 RPC 运行时数据，提高框架的可观测性。这个pr是把Telnet展示的运行数据在 Sofa Dashboard 中集成显示。
