что необходимо установить для интерфейса?
apt-get install python3-pyqt5 pyqt5-dev-tools( или pip install pyqt5)
pip install pyqtgraph
pip install matplotlib
чтобы ничего не устанавливать, а просто посмотреть, что готово, можно сделать исполняемый файл.
для этого надо
pip install pyinstaller
pyinstaller --add-binary './lib/bin/spline.so:.' Interface.py
pyinstaller Interface.spec
cd dist
cd Interface
./Interface
тут осталось проверить на корректность работы и вывести максимумы ошибок
