Add the P6 directive (SQLite stats store + same-screen 2-player framework) and a Stats store section to the web-api architecture page; correct the now-false 'no DB' design note and the stale P2 limitation section.

Adds the P6 directive and stats-store docs on top of current main. P3/P5 already landed via #8, so this PR is now just the P6 delta — the earlier merge conflict was resolved by replaying my changes onto current main.
