Description
Fixed the Upgrade popup UI issue where the tooltip was getting cropped and becoming unclickable by adjusting its positioning and hover behavior.
Also updated the upgrade flow to use the admin-sso-token (SSO) based redirection instead of the legacy xid approach, ensuring users are directly logged into the admin panel without being redirected to the login page.
