TABS, NOT SPACES! Seriously, copy/paste from our example into an editor, and you will see these very errors. Took me a minute to figure out the cause, so wanted to have these easily found for the next person.

I don't think tabs vs spaces has anything to do with it; the indentation of the example in the README is just completely messed up. See the |
