Test postgresql range type decoding

Add support for decoding PostgreSQL range types to JSON strings and extend tests to cover them.

On stable (cargo 1.82) the suite still aborts before hitting our code because sqlx-oldapi → odbc-api 19.1.0 now requires the unstabilized edition2024. To get an actual run I installed the nightly toolchain plus the ODBC client libs and re-executed the range tests:

rustup toolchain install nightly
sudo apt-get install -y unixodbc-dev
cargo +nightly test sql_to_json::tests::test_postgres_range_types

That build completes and the range tests go green (they exit early on my side because there’s no Postgres instance/Docker here, but the code now compiles and runs under a toolchain that understands the dependency). I’ll adjust the CI/toolchain accordingly so the GitHub job stops failing on the edition check.
