Needs a comment in PR that its been tested against multiple partitions with app default partition not being the slurm default partition. |

Tested with multiple partitions: the value templated for the attribute is selected by default each time the form is displayed, whatever the default slurm partition is. The partition list is cached for 4 hours or until the user's webserver is restarted. |
