This pull request introduces a comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) integration testing framework for the project, automating the validation of DNS record lifecycle operations using Kubernetes, Kind, Kuttl, and GitHub Actions. The changes add a GitHub Actions workflow for scheduled and PR-triggered E2E tests, Makefile targets for local E2E testing, and a complete set of manifests and scripts for deploying and verifying DNS records in a test environment.
