Housekeeping branch that had no PR. Opened for visibility; review before merging — the pin it carries may predate today's content commits.

…er lands

Content main tip now includes both the island campaign (content PR #13) and
the restored storybook engine-version marker (content PR #24), which needs
the fixed DELVEC_VERSION single-source (engine PR #293) to check out true.
Unblocks #276 (fixture needs prefab/island-galley, absent from the
previously pinned content SHA).

Superseded by #342, which bumps [content].sha to e0498b3 (content main after #39) with the reason recorded in the pin comment and the range verified file-by-file.

This branch's own warning was accurate — its pin predated today's content commits, and "a housekeeping branch that had no PR" is precisely the shape that let the last pin sit 75 commits stale. A pin bump is not housekeeping: it is the only thing that binds every engine-side gate to real content, so it now travels with the change that needs it.
