This repository has moved into the supabase-csharp monorepo and is being archived. Point readers to the new source location and issue tracker, and clarify that the NuGet package is unchanged and still published from the monorepo.

Replaces the README with a short archived/moved notice pointing at the
supabase-csharpmonorepo (source atpackages/Realtime, issues in the monorepo), and clarifies that theSupabase.RealtimeNuGet package is unchanged and still published from the monorepo.Matches the notice applied to the other migrated sub-repos.
