Removes the inline script from
index.html. In its current state, the inline script is blocked by sites protected by Content Security Policy headers forbiddingunsafe-inline: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Guides/CSPRelation issue

Noticed after writing this up that it's a duplicate of #120, but it's been long enough that it seemed worth opening anyway.
