This replaces typo.js with nspell- which is much much faster at long word suggestions and is way more maintained
Typo js is very slow at suggestions for long misspelled words! It's also not as popular atm.

On some words it takes typo.js over 7 seconds to return the array- sometimes empty. This caused noticeable user experience lag
