This feature is disabled by default. This commit also fixes some shellcheck issues and adds a hint to backup all data on a disk to the warning message

This adds an option to allow TIK to install an image to the free space that already exists on a disk or the complete disk. The option is disabled by default, so Aeon installations won't see a difference.
To improve reliability of the installations, this also allows probing partitions by PARTTYPENAME instead of only relying on FSTYPE.
In the process, I also fixed some shellcheck issues (a lot are still open in other components)
