This works on #9

On new tags, it now

  • Builds the docker image, and pushes it to the registry
  • Collects all required files into a tar.gz
  • Creates a release, with that tar.gz attached

There is still some aditional setup required, specifically a secret with a GitHub token that is allowed to create releases needs to be created. The secret should be named GITHUB_TOKEN

Great work, thank you! Would it be very hard to build releases / containers for AMD64 and ARM64? Support for ARM through Github actions builds would be awesome.

Assuming the Dockerfile works on both, it should now build the container for amd64 and arm64.

Please pardon the long wait - we've been on extended vacation and only recently got back. I really like this PR; great work! I'll do a test run in the next days and will merge if everything works. Thank you!
