A script to change the brightness of the desktop monitor

Hi. Your program is just beautiful. But your script to change brightness only works with laptops (where there is brightness control from the system). I have a desktop monitor with DDC/CI support, so I made a slightly modified version of your script. I had to use the ddccli utility by hensm, which is available on GitHub.

@4ymnoy-doktor WinDD scripts should be standalone so that users only need to download a single .ps1 file to use them. Could you update the script to check for the presence of ddccli.exe, and if missing then download it?

@t1m0thyj I updated the script to comply with the new $params config. and to check for the presence of ddccli.exe, and if not present to download it from the source. Should I open a new PR or ?
