to install with nix, simply run nix-shell

to install with other package managers, first install GNU stow, then run install.sh

files to install manually:

    .ssh/id_rsa                 private keys / passwords
    .config/i3/imgur_authid
    .config/mutt/*_private
    snd/msc/*                   music
    snd/playlists/*             playlists
    doc/journal/*               diary
    .vim/autoload/plug.vim      (because it self-updates)
    misc/frink.jar              for the frink alias (todo: make a nix derivation for this)

steps to take manually:

    ghci -fobject-code
