Off Grid AI Desktop is an open-source Electron app for macOS that builds a private, on-device personal memory and second brain. It captures and organizes what you work with, then runs RAG search and local LLM chat over your own data - all processed on-device with no account, no telemetry, and no cloud. Core is AGPL-3.0. Added to the Electron section, alphabetically between Notable and SiYuan, alongside local-first RAG/PKM peers already listed there such as SwarmVault and Logseq.
