What does this PR do?

Adds Fond (keepfond.com) to the Proprietary section, alphabetically between Evernote and Google Keep.

Fond is a voice journal you talk to: it transcribes what you say, keeps the people, places, and days of your life, and answers questions grounded in your own entries. Available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).

Icon notes: 📕 (entries are stored in-app, not plain text), 🍎🤖 (iOS + Android). I intentionally did not claim 🔁 or 🔒 — Fond doesn't currently advertise multi-device sync, and encryption is in transit rather than end-to-end.
