@unmeshna017 This PR requires a re-merge with the current TFLM main branch (due to a large number of changes related to CI). Once this is done, we can run the CI tests. |

Updated CREF code for transpose conv to pass params->activation to the 'PopulateConvolutionQuantizationParams' function to apply the fused activation function from the TFLite model.
