selecting voice directly overrides language + region + variant

This works well for me, though lines 193-198 can be removed; after all, lines 215-220 just duplicate them in the case that an explicit voice name has not been given and that fall back to mTts.setLanguage() is actually needed. (I've been working on this code to get around the apparent restriction that only one termux-tts-speak process can run at a time, and may be back later with a pull request for that.) |

List all voices available (installed or not) for given TTS engine. This can be then used with termux-tts-speak to use specific voice instead of guessing valid combination of language / region / variant. Script support in termux-api-package #159
