Summary

• publish 52 namespaced Matt Pocock and David Ondrej upstream skill imports with source pins
• add Stack-native agent, verification, Hermes, bookmark, finance, tracker, and Zettelkasten workflow skills
• add durable Sol-orchestrator, Terra-worker/reviewer, Luna-explorer routing with quota-aware fan-out
• refresh README, Codex/Claude routing, Gemini review, Emil motion references, and Stack refresh failure triage

Why

Stack updates accumulated locally on the long-running design-intelligence branch while that PR conflicted with newer main changes. This PR separates the larger skill-library publication from the now-merged design-intelligence work and restores a clean review path.

Impact

The public Stack source now matches the locally developed skill library. External skills remain namespaced and source-pinned; local orchestration controls composition without patching upstream skill files.
