Genericize deploy information

E.g. replace Caktus devs' public ssh keys with dummy examples, change actual hostnames in configs to examples, etc.

My thinking was that the CTS-ircdeploy repo was the Caktus/IRC method of deployment, and we'd still use the repo as is to run our deploys. Other devs/orgs can reference it if they want to deploy their own, but this version would include our keys, IPs, etc.

While none of that information is actually secret, I'm afraid we'll run into problems with people forking the repo and trying to deploy hitting our production server by accident - not that they can actually change it, but still...

Maybe we can move all of the deployer-specific data to one data file and just provide an example in here or something.
