Instead of allowing egress traffic to KubeAPI counting on auto created networksets on enterprise, select the destination using service match selector.

Description
Instead of allowing egress traffic to KubeAPI sever counting on auto created networksets on enterprise, select the destination using service match selector. This will be necessary for the plan to move
