This change deprecates the Makefile in favor of using Mise for tool management and HK for defining development tasks and linters. This will help ensure a more consistent development environment across different machines and make it easier to onboard new contributors.

I'm on the fence with this... I generally don't love all these extra tooling requirements in projects, but that's mitigated by the use of devcontainers... Can we have a demo for why this is better than just using the make file and proper CI/CD? It can be a recorded demo or live if we find the time. |
