- Treat special season episodes as aired so the check button is always clickable - Include season 0 in progress queries so specials with null first_aired are counted and shown as next episode

I struggled to get my Trakt.tv login working in the Android emulator so I couldn't test this one very properly. Much help is appreciated if someone could help me with testing this one.
I added a new setting
Enable/disable \'Special\' seasons in \'Progress\' tabin the settings screen which needs to be enabled before you can see the special seasons to be tracked in your progress tab.More info can be found here #918
