Summary

README v2 from the multi-persona / LLM gap review:

  • Start here / You need / Success looks like at the top
  • Explicit TRAVERSE_REPO + sync required (with clone snippet)
  • Per-OS Open this → Then (Xcode project, Android Studio, .sln, cargo, etc.)
  • Demos vs main shells; meeting-notes = not shipped yet
  • Agent/LLM guardrail: UI-only + AGENTS.md
  • Keeps the simple apps / OS / multi-OS shape (no roadmap/architecture)

Governing Spec

Project Item

  • Ticket ID: readme-first-landing-v2

Definition of Done

  • Top Start here + You need + Success
  • Per-OS tool/project named
  • Demos vs main + meeting-notes coverage
  • Agent boundary line
  • No architecture/roadmap front matter
  • bash scripts/ci/repository_checks.sh passes

Validation

bash scripts/ci/repository_checks.sh

Address persona/LLM review: Start here, TRAVERSE_REPO + sync required,
success check, per-OS open instructions, demos vs main shells,
meeting-notes coverage, and an agent UI-only guardrail.
