This PR drastically upgrades the system property spoofing logic within the C++ binder_interceptor.cpp by placing a thread-safe Rust cache immediately in front of the costly Binder IPC fallback mechanism.
Overview
Instead of routinely delegating system property queries (e.g., ro.product.model) over Binder into Java logic, __system_property_get queries our new properties.rs RwLock store via rust_prop_get.
Fast Path: Hits the cache locally, retrieving the spoofed property with O(1) zero-IPC performance.
Fallback Path: Misses fall back seamlessly to the Binder-based querying, but caches the retrieved data via rust_prop_set to optimize subsequent access.
