…t segments - Added a trace-cleanup phase that snaps close, overlapping same-net axis-aligned internal segments onto a shared X/Y coordinate. - Preserves pin endpoint segments and avoids snapping through other-net traces, chip obstacles, or label boxes. - Added focused regression tests for same-net combining, different-net preservation, and endpoint anchoring.
