feat: combine close same-net trace segments

Adds a TraceCombineSolver pipeline phase that snaps close, overlapping internal same-net trace segments onto a shared coordinate before net label placement.

Changes:

• Add TraceCombineSolver for close same-net orthogonal trace segments
• Insert the combine phase after trace overlap shifting
• Export the solver from the package entrypoint
• Add focused tests for same-net combining and different-net isolation

Validation:

• npm run build
• npx --yes bun test
