Description: scut-social-practice-form provides a Typst template for student
social-practice registration forms. It offers a reusable form function and an
editable two-page template, making it useful for students who need to create
and complete this type of registration form in Typst.

I have read and followed the submission guidelines and, in particular, I

• selected a name that isn't the most obvious or canonical name for what the
  package does
  • Explanation:
    The scut prefix scopes this package to a specific institutional
    social-practice workflow. It is not intended to be the canonical generic
    package name for all student registration forms.
• added a typst.toml file with all required keys
• added a README.md with documentation for my package
• have chosen a license and added a LICENSE file or linked one in my README.md
• tested my package locally on my system and it worked
• excluded PDFs or README images, if any, but not the LICENSE
• ensured that my package is licensed such that users can use and distribute the contents of its template directory without restriction, after modifying
  them through normal use.

When used this way, the file will be at the root of the project, not in the template/ subdirectory.

What does SCUT mean? If it is an institution, the chosen name would be considered canonical and should be changed, unless this template is officially endorsed by the said institution. If you wish to make the template official, we have a formal (but not to hard to complete) verification process, let me know if that's something you want to do.
