Hello! Sorry for taking so long to review your contribution. I'm not entirely sure the placement is correct: as a reference the IEEEtran.cls LaTeX class centers it at the bottom of the first page, and doesn't shift the columns bottom edge as much. Do you have example papers using the layout you are proposing, or another reference source requiring this specific layout? |
